All performers will receive a wristband that is good for the whole weekend.  Do not remove it if you plan on watching the performances on Sunday!  If you do remove it, you will have to pay to get in.  That being said, students may stay overnight with their parents if they so choose to.  We can only allow students to stay with THEIR parents/guardians even if we have a note.  Anyone not taking the bus back will need to provide us a written note from their parents and be in their parents care when we leave.  We will not have transportation back on Sunday, so if the students want to return the next day, they can do so on their own.

There will be vendors at the event and there will be professional video and pictures that can be ordered.  (See earlier post on preordering DVDs HERE)  Also they have Yearbooks (books with team ads and senior recognition) that can be purchased if your student did not preorder through us.

Championship DVDs

Hello everyone,

You can preorder championship DVDs for a cheaper price until April 1. There is a link to the online store in the Midwest Color Guard Circuit home page (http://midwestcolorguard.com).  They have lots of choices from the whole weekend to just a tape of our unit.  I believe you will still be able to order these at Championships if you do not do so before April 1 but the price will go up.

As a note, you will be able to tape our performance yourself if you do not want to purchase the DVD, but ONLY our performance.

For your reference, we are in class SRA-R.

The company posted a preview of what you will see in the videos: HERE
